Requirement:
1.Is a table of shipboard working arrangements posted for seafarers accessible?
2.Is a shipboard working arrangement actually reviewed by master ?
3.Does the table of shipboard working arrangements ensure that the first watch at the commencement of the voyage and subsequent relieving watches are sufficiently rested and otherwise fit for duty?
4.Do records of the daily hours of work or rest show compliance with the actual hours of work and rest hours, including the requirements for rest breaks?
5.Has adequate compensatory rest been given to seafarers who have had their rest disturbed by call-outs to work? (e.g. such as when a machinery space is unattended)
6.Has the fire patrol timing included in work hours ?
7.Has the all drills and training hours added in work hours?
8.Has the Mooring/Unmooring work hours properly updated for all respective crew?
9.Has the anchoring hours as working hours for Master, Ch off, Bosun, Os, Duty eng?
10.Has the COW hours added as working hours for Ch off/(or)master and Pump man?
11.Have all drills and trainings prescribed by national laws and regulations and by international instruments, been conducted in a manner that minimizes the disturbance of rest periods and does not induce fatigue?
12.Has master night order timings are added as working hours?
13.Has all con with master timings are added as working hours?
14.Has the comments added for all days in work rest hours sheet?
15.Does master ensure that there is no non compliance in your vessel?
16.Where non-compliance with the work and rest hours has been recorded, has the Safety Management System corrective action process been used to rectify non-conformance by determining the cause and preventing recurrence?
17.Has the master suspended the schedule of hours of work or hours of rest, with in the last 3 months, and required any seafarer to perform any hours of work necessary until the normal situation has been restored?
18.Does all the deck and engine work-rest hours attested and verified by the master before sending to the office?
19.Does any seafarers have periods of shipboard employment exceeding 11 months?
20.Does master import monthly data from onboard software for office synchronization?
